Does Legacy Cleaning provide cleaning supplies, products, & equipment?
We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment for every service we perform at no extra cost to you. If you have specific needs for products to be used, you can also provide those and guide our cleaners on how to use them. We do provide the option to add-on green products for an extra cost at booking.
How many cleaners will come to my house?
It depends on the service but we try to send 2 cleaners on every job, which allows us to provide a more rapid service for our customers. We know your time is precious so we try to keep each service to 2 hours.
Do I need to be home during my service?
We recommend that you be home if it’s your first time booking with us. You’ll want to show our cleaner around your house, be available for their questions, and provide feedback on the service in real-time.
Will I get the same cleaner for each booking?
For recurring customers only, we will try to provide the same cleaner on request and based upon the cleaner’s schedule.
How do I edit my booking?
We understand that life happens. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible and as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a service.
Should I give my cleaner a key?
We do not recommend providing your cleaner with a key. For recurring customers, you can leave a lockbox in front of your place if you will not be home, then provide the code in advance of the service.
